Our hazelnut flour is put through a flour mill once all the oil has been extracted and is the finest of nut flours. It is outstanding in pastries, cakes, biscuits and breads. It is just as good in savoury cooking. For a more course grind, try our hazelnut meal.
Davis Downs Hazelnuts are grown in our own hazelnut orchard in Southland NZ. All our products are made with love and care.
